Dan TOADER

CEO & Founder

Dan began his career in finance convinced that numbers told the whole story. Over time, he discovered that numbers mean little without context, people, and a structure that gives them meaning.

With more than 25 years of experience across corporate and entrepreneurial environments — from risk management and financial control to strategy, leadership, and building businesses from the ground up — Dan came to a defining insight: sustainable success is not driven by short-term performance alone, but by clarity, structure, and trust. Without them, even strong ideas lose direction, decisions become fragile, and growth becomes difficult to sustain.

This understanding led him to found TouchPoint. Today, Dan works with entrepreneurs and growing organizations to build the clarity and structure that enable better decisions, stronger teams, and more resilient growth. Because lasting performance is never accidental — it is built on a solid foundation.

Dan combines academic rigour with practical experience. He is university lecturer on Risk Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics, is certified in Enterprise Risk Management (ISO 31000) and project management, and has academic training in international economics and European studies.

Ciprian Cucu is a project management consultant with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of complexity, pressure, and decision-making. Across IT, manufacturing, finance, and services, he has seen the same pattern repeat itself: projects grow faster than the systems meant to support them.

He specializes in moments when things no longer fit together — when priorities are unclear, teams are overloaded, and delivery becomes reactive. Instead of adding more tools or frameworks, Ciprian helps organizations rebuild clarity: in objectives, roles, governance, and execution.

He works closely with leaders and teams to transform the way projects are structured and managed, moving from uncertainty and last-minute reactions to predictable, aligned delivery. His approach combines project management, Agile transformation, and coaching, always adapted to the real dynamics of the organization.

Today, Ciprian helps companies regain control over complex initiatives and build execution models that sustain growth — not just performance.

Felicia Luca is a Senior Communication Strategist with over 15 years of experience across internal communication, employer branding, editorial leadership, and corporate storytelling. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and language, helping organizations articulate who they are, how they decide, and how responsibility is shared across teams. With a background spanning PR, journalism, executive support, and senior consulting, she brings both rigor and sensitivity to complex organizational contexts, translating ambiguity into clear, human-centered narratives that leaders and teams can trust.

Working alongside TouchPoint , Felicia supports organisations in building communication as infrastructure. Her contribution focuses on clarity: aligning leadership voice, decision logic, and lived experience so that risk awareness, accountability, and trust are embedded into everyday communication. She approaches crisis communication not as an isolated service, but as a test of an organization’s underlying coherence. Ionuț is a senior consultant specialising in risk management and physical security with over 25 years of practical experience in various industries, in production, warehouses and logistic centres, retail, office spaces and successfully delivered complex projects for both multinational companies and entrepreneurs.

He designs and leads end-to-end security frameworks that protect people, assets, and operations across complex organisations. Ionuț’s work goes beyond controls and procedures: he builds security systems, governance structures, and KPIs that make risks visible, measurable, and manageable.

Ionuț assesses vulnerabilities, conducts audits and investigations, and translates findings into concrete actions that strengthen organisational resilience. From strategic security planning to crisis response and business continuity, he ensures that security is not reactive, but embedded in how the organization operates.
